How do I sign up?

Click the "Get Started Free" button on the homepage. You'll receive a magic link via email to complete your registration. No password required!

Is there a free plan?

Yes! Our free plan includes up to 200 candidates, 10 clients, and 50 jobs. It's perfect for solo recruiters or trying out the platform.

How do I add candidates?

You can add candidates in several ways:

• Upload resumes in bulk (PDF or DOCX format)
• Manually enter candidate information
• Import from LinkedIn (coming soon)

All candidate data is automatically parsed and organized in your CRM.

How do I create and track jobs?

Click "Add New Job" from your dashboard. Enter the job details, client information, and requirements. You can then match candidates to jobs, track interview stages, and manage the entire placement process.

How does AI matching work?

Our AI automatically analyzes candidate profiles against job requirements, scoring each match based on:

• Skills and experience alignment
• Industry and role relevance
• Education and certifications
• Location and availability

You'll get ranked candidates with AI-generated summaries for each job.

Can I search for specific candidates?

Yes! Use the powerful search bar on your dashboard to find candidates by name, email, phone, skills, or any other criteria. You can also filter out AI-generated resumes.

Do I need Calendly or another scheduling tool?

No! Cutliff has built-in calendaring and scheduling. You don't need to pay for Calendly, Acuity, or any other third-party service. Everything you need is included.

How do I schedule interviews?

Cutliff's built-in calendar lets you schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups directly from candidate or job pages. You can sync with your existing calendar (Google, Outlook) to avoid double-booking.

Can candidates schedule their own interviews?

Yes! Send candidates a scheduling link where they can pick from your available times. The system automatically updates your calendar and sends confirmations to both parties.

How do email and SMS campaigns work?

Create targeted campaigns to reach out to candidates or clients. You can:

• Send one-time broadcasts or scheduled sequences
• Personalize messages with candidate data
• Track opens, clicks, and responses
• Set up automated drip campaigns (coming soon)

What are the email/SMS limits?

Free accounts include basic email campaigns with standard sending limits. Pro accounts get unlimited email and SMS campaigns with advanced automation features.

What is the whitelabel website feature?

Every Cutliff account includes a professional, customizable website for your recruiting agency. It's fully branded with your logo, colors, contact information, and team details. No coding or web development required.

Can I customize my agency website?

Yes! You can customize:

• Your agency logo and brand colors
• Contact information (email, phone, address)
• Team member profiles and photos
• About us section with your agency story
• Which jobs to display publicly

Can I post jobs on my website?

Absolutely! Your website includes a job board where you can display open positions. You have full control over which jobs appear publicly. This is great for attracting candidates organically.

What does "anonymized postings" mean?

You can choose to hide sensitive client details on public job postings. For example, instead of showing "Google is hiring a Senior Engineer," you can display "A leading tech company is hiring a Senior Engineer." This protects client confidentiality while still attracting qualified candidates.

Do I need to pay extra for the whitelabel website?

No! The whitelabel website is included with every Cutliff account, even the free plan. It's part of what makes Cutliff a complete solution for recruiting agencies.

Can I use my own domain name?

Custom domain support is coming soon! For now, your website will be hosted on a Cutliff subdomain (e.g., youragency.cutliff.com).

What file formats are supported for resumes?

We support PDF and DOCX files. For best results, ensure your PDFs are text-based (not scanned images). Our AI automatically extracts candidate information from uploaded resumes.

Can I use the API?

Yes! Any user can request a JWT token and use our API to integrate Cutliff with your existing tools. Visit our API documentation for detailed information about available endpoints and authentication.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We never train AI models on your data
• You can delete your data at any time
• We're GDPR and CCPA compliant

You'll be notified when you're approaching your limits. You can either upgrade to Pro for unlimited usage, or manage your existing data by archiving old candidates and closed jobs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
